Parish Po’ Boys was born out of my love for the authentic food and flavors from my hometown of New Orleans. Which I could never find here in NYC. From a diverse heritage rooted in southern Louisiana, the menu highlights the unique spices and sauces passed down through my family...from my Mom’s Roast Beef Po’Boy to my Grandmother’s Crawfish Mac and Cheese.

After a successful career as a Creative Director, Chef and Owner Tony Lauricella opened Parish Po’ Boys at Smorgasburg in Brooklyn in 2015. Using all natural and fresh ingredients like farm raised beef, Louisiana shrimp and crawfish, he was able to bring the authentic flavors of his hometown of New Orleans to New York. Dishes inspired by his mother had grandmother. Parish, which was recently featured on the Food Channel, enjoys a loyal following at Smorgasburg and is a unique contribution to New York’s culinary landscape.

In February 2020 Parish secured a lease on a retail space in Chelsea. Covid and lock down had other plans for us. We are currently searching for a new space.
